Session times cannot be extended for late arrivals. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable. No refunds are given for cancellations due to weather. No refunds are given for no-shows. We reserve the right to close the field at any time. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued and the booker will be notified.
