Terms & Conditions

  • We aim to support pet owners experiencing financial difficulty with pet food and/or pet accessories for a period of 3 months. After this period a referral from another organisation will be required for support to continue. This will again be assessed every 3 months.

  • Those found to be improperly requesting or receiving support from the charity will have their details forwarded to the relevant authorities immediately.

  • Microchip numbers for ALL dogs are required prior to support being supplied.

  • From 1 June 2024 microchip numbers will be required for ALL cats prior to support being supplied.

  • *Support will not be given to owners of unneutered pets or pets less than 6 months of age.

  • Non collection, on two occasions of booked support will result in future support being withdrawn.

  • No booking, no support. As a small charity we do not have the time or resources to 'squeeze in' pet owners who have not booked in advance. Booking clearly states when booking will close. 

  • We operate a zero tolerance policy towards abuse of any kind (verbal, physical, online) towards our charity and it's volunteers. We reserve the right to report any such behaviour to the relevant authorities.

* Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration and each case assessed individually.
